Erno salad servers

Full of character and contemporary style, our Erno Salad servers are handcrafted in small batches in our West London workshop.

The salad servers are available in two varieties: ash, sourced locally from trees that have been cut down to make way for urban development projects, and off-cuts, breathing new life into beautiful wood leftover from bespoke furniture projects, which will vary depending on the material available.

Care instructions:

We hope you enjoy your Goldfinger salad servers for years to come. To take the best care of them, rinse them with warm water, wipe clean and dry immediately. Never put them in the dishwasher or leave soaking in water. Every couple of months, feed with a food-safe oil to protect the wood. Apply oil with a cloth and remove excess with a clean cloth and leave to dry for 48 hours. Do not over apply. Follow these guidelines and your salad servers will have a long and happy life.
