Inhabit Queens Gardens

We created unique pieces of furniture for Inhabit’s Hotels’ second West London property, set in a crescent of consciously renovated Georgian townhouses in Bayswater.

Following the success of our 2021 partnership on Inhabit's flagship hotel, we were delighted to collaborate once again with the wellness-centric boutique hotel brand alongside Holland Harvey to create bespoke furniture for Inhabit's second venture in Queen's Gardens.

What we made

We crafted an array of bespoke furniture for the hotel's public spaces, designed in collaboration with Holland Harvey. These included a meeting room table crafted from solid walnut, and several oak pieces including two dining tables, a reception desk, and two coffee tables.

Many of these pieces have been added to our extended Goldfinger x Inhabit collection, and are now available made-to-order.

Conscious design

Putting personal wellbeing and the environment first, Holland Harvey were committed to fitting out the hotel with sustainable materials, repurposed waste and locally-sourced furniture.

Handcrafted by Goldfinger artisans in our workshop at the foot of West London's Trellick Tower, each piece of furniture was made from sustainably-sourced British hardwoods.

Inspired by nature

We made a bespoke reception desk that also serves as a contemporary centrepiece for the hotel’s entrance. Inspired by organic forms, this design features rounded edges, curved legs, and a discrete storage compartment.

“Their furniture feels different every time, but it always has an underlying theme. It’s an artisanal product. It’s crafted, it feels handmade. It’s got a personality, it’s individual — not mass produced. It’s quality. It’s paying that bit extra for something really special that you’ll hang onto forever.”
