We designed hand-carved bespoke furniture for a client’s chalet in Gstaad

In collaboration with interior design studio Muza Lab, we created a bespoke credenza and cabinet for a private chalet in Gstaad, Switzerland. These pieces are designed to be contemporary heirlooms, to last for generations to come.

Hand-carved timber

The desk and credenza were both elegantly carved to create an intricately textured surface.

This brings dimension and depth, subtly accentuating the curving forms of both pieces.

Complementary materials

The bespoke credenza features pull-out drawers, complete with a black figured Ipogeo marble top.

This adds a richness that perfectly complements the oak's natural hue and grain, as well as the intricacy of the carved surface.

Grown in Britain

Each piece is made entirely from Grown in Britain certified oak.

This is timber that is guaranteed to have been grown sustainably with local provenance in responsibly-managed British woodlands, with best-in-class sustainability credentials.
