Introducing our combined strategy: excellence, impact and growth

Dear all Another Country and Goldfinger customers,
I hope you had a relaxing festive break and a good start to the new year.
Following the successful finalisation of the Another Country / Goldfinger partnership towards the end of last year, I am delighted to share how this will support your projects as architects, interior designers, specifiers and buyers. Together we can now offer you a broader, more joined up service for residential, work place, and hospitality schemes, all under one roof.
Our aim is to build on all that we have achieved independently over the past 15 years and cement ourselves as a leading sustainable UK product and design business—one that is dedicated not only to excellence, but rooted in a commitment to making a positive impact for people and the planet.
It is my belief that businesses that commit to going ‘above and beyond’ must be no less competitive, skilful, and competent than their peers. We must still design and make products that customers require or desire; however, we should also support one another, grow together, and enable programmes and initiatives that hopefully we can all get behind and support.
With that in mind, one of the first aspects of the partnership we have expanded is Goldfinger’s award-winning Academy, which creates accessible career pathways for local young people. In addition to supporting the Academy's two yearly traineeships, we are integrating Another Country’s nature-based initiatives into the curriculum. This includes plans for field trips where young people can learn about rewilding and nature-based solutions to the biodiversity and climate crises. We look forward to sharing more details on how you can engage with these programmes shortly.
Combining the know-how of Another Country and Goldfinger means that we can offer clients a unique range of services, products, and value-added expertise. Through a single point of contact, you can access an ever-growing range of customisable off-the-shelf products and bespoke design services including material specification, finishes, technical details and sustainability credentials. Furthermore, because we understand that not all projects can be financed equally, we are now able to offer a range of bespoke solutions to suit different budgets. Whichever way you choose to work with us, you are supporting two B Corp businesses committed to sustainable working practices, alongside a youth academy and nature conservancy programmes, while helping you meet your clients’ ESG goals.
Our team has naturally grown, as has the expertise and experience within it, allowing us to add value to your projects in more ways than ever. We are excited to embark on this next chapter with you.
If you’d like to hear more or arrange an exploratory meeting, we’d love to hear from you! You can reach us at our usual contact emails: mail@anothercountry.com and hello@goldfinger.design.
We look forward to working together.
Best wishes,
Paul de Zwart CEO, Another Country & Goldfinger
